A lo largo de esta residencia fui construyendo una temática en común: la geometría. A partir de la teoría del dibujo expandido, fui encontrando la manera de representar la volubilidad y estructura del espacio aéreo que existe entre los cuerpos. La geometría, lo armable y desarmable. La forma en cómo el cuerpo y el espacio también se configuran de manera geométrica.  Las líneas que se forman de un cuerpo a otro generalmente son invisibles; en este ejercicio buscamos visibilizar esas líneas creadas por los cuerpos en tensión. Estas líneas de relación que generalmente no se ven, producen tensiones y relaciones de poder.

Fourth Apart Artistic Residence, Cuenca 2018. Alternative exhibition to the 2018 Cuenca Biennial.

Throughout this residency, I built a common theme: geometry. Starting from the theory of expanded drawing, I found a way to represent the fickleness and structure of the air space that exists between bodies. The geometry, the buildable and the disassemblable. The way in which the body and space are also configured geometrically. The lines that form from one body to another are generally invisible; In this exercise we seek to make visible those lines created by bodies in tension. These lines of relationship that are not generally seen, produce tensions and power relations.
